Hardline Tools Petrol Vehicle Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage & Duration

• 30-Day Defect Warranty: Due to the physical demands, vibrations, and self-assembly involved with off-road machines, all petrol-powered vehicles are covered by a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty.

• 6-Month Structural Guarantee: Major structural and non-wear parts are covered for up to 6 months against manufacturing defects, while core functional engine/petrol components fall within the 30-day coverage window.

2. Claims, Repairs & Returns

• Supply of Replacement Parts: Our primary warranty support is handled on a parts-supply basis. Once an issue is diagnosed, we will dispatch the necessary replacement components for you to fit.

• Packaging Requirement: Please retain all original boxes and packaging. Items returned for warranty inspection or repair must be securely packaged in their original box.

3. What Is Excluded? The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not extend to:

• Wear & Tear Items: Consumable components including pull-starts, clutch assemblies, chains, spark plugs, tires, and brake pads/cables.

• Setup & Operator Errors: Damage resulting from incorrect 2-stroke fuel mixing, poor initial assembly, or improper maintenance.

• Misuse & Environmental Damage: Issues caused by exceeding weight limits, riding on inappropriate terrain, water exposure, or crash/impact damage.
