How do I opt in to Hardline Rewards?
Register for an account here or instore when you collect your order.
Do I get a rewards card?
Yes! When you sign up instore we’ll issue you with a rewards card. Its helpful if you bring it with you but not the end of the world if you dont.
If you sign up online you wont get a rewards card unless you come instore.
How Do Collect Hardline Reward Points?
From the 1st May, for every £1 you spend you’ll collect 1 point. We automatically count your points after you place an order and add them to your account. You can view your points total in the Hardline Rewards – Points Manager. Points will normally appear within 1 hour but may take up to 12 hours to update.
How do I earn rewards?
Start collecting Points by opening an account. Remember, the more you spend, the better the rewards!
I’ve reached 50 Points – how do I get my reward?
We’ll automatically notify you by email when you reach 50 points! Rewards may take up to 12 hours after placing an order to appear in your Points Manager.
Do my points expire?
No, there’s no expiry date, unless we end the Rewards Scheme.
How many rewards can I earn each month?
How much can you spend? More you spend, more you earn.
What parts of my order can I earn coins on?
You earn on every complete £1 you spent, except; When the item is discounted. We wont reward you twice.
How quickly after earning 50 rewards points can I spend them?
All points earned will activate your £5 overnight, and will be available to spend once we open in the morning.
Is there a minimum order spend?
No, spent as little as you want.
How do I spend my rewards points?
Online you select how many you want to spent during the checkout, instore you need to provide your rewards card or ID that matches the account and tell us how many points to use. You can spend in multiples of 50 which is worth £5.
Can I redeem a reward and collect points in the same order?
Yes, you can still collect points while redeeming a reward in the same transaction. Coins will be calculated on the total order value after any points have been applied.
Is there a time where I cant earn or use rewards?
Yes, if a product is reduced you cannot earn Loyalty Rewards. Rewards can only be used on full price goods.
How much are Points worth?
50 Points are worth £5.
Will there be any opportunities to earn Bonus Points?
Yes, Lookout for Hardline Hank on products, he’ll tell you if you can earn double points.

I placed an order, why aren’t my Points there?
Points will normally appear within 1 hour, often instantly in your Points Manager, but in some cases, it may take up to 12 hours for rewards points to appear. Please wait 12 hours before contacting us, as we cannot track coins or rewards within 12 hours of your purchase.
I’ve lost my card, can I get a replacement?
Yes, we make a small charge of 50p to replace a lost card, his covers the card and time to update the account. We’ll need ID from you that matches the details we hold.
Can I transfer my account to someone else?
Yes, you’ll need to bring ID for yourself that matches the account details and the person you’re transferring it to will need to be there. We need this as we need their permission to add their details and email address.
Or you can change all the details online yourself.
Can a reward card be cancelled?
Yes, you can cancel your account at anytime, just let us know. Any earned rewards will be lost. If you’re not using why ot let the account sit, we wont close it and rewards don’t expire.
If we suspect fraud or misuse we will suspend that card until any investigations have been completed. All rewards will be frozen during that time. We will close any rewards account we feel is committing fraud.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the rewards scheme at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given. Any changes will not affect rewards already earned prior to the change.
