Click & Collect (How It Works)

Need something urgently? Our Click & Collect service is the fastest way to buy from us.

Place your orders online 24/7 – if an order for items in stock is placed during our opening hours, it’ll be ready to pick up in just 10/15 minutes.

Our standard store opening hours are:

• 9am to 10pm Monday to Friday
• 9am to 10pm Saturday
• 9am to 10pm Sunday

How it works:

1. Find your item, add to cart and at the basket select “Click & Collect”.  When shopping you can instantly check stock levels. If the item is in stock, it’ll be ready in 10/15 minutes.
2. We’ll let you know by WhatsApp or Email when its ready and the address to collect from. Occasionally the collection address wont be our main address and hours may differ. Don’t forget to give us your WhatsApp number or Email when setting your account up.  Add your details in My Account.
3. Your items will be held for *2-3 hours after the collection window you have selected. – if you’ve not collected them in that time, they’ll be put back into stock and the order cancelled. Give us a call on 0191 7393839 if you cant make the time slot and well rearrange.
4. Visit the store, and make sure you’ve got your order confirmation email or WhatsApp with you, it’ll help identify your order.
5. Click and collect orders can only be paid for on collection or by Cash, Bank Transfer and contactless payments, as you complete your order, if you’d like to pay before collection, select “Bank Transfer” you’ll be presented with the bank details. are accepted when collection.
   All other payment methods are accepted when you collect.
