Description
This set of heavy-duty coil spring compressors is designed to securely and efficiently compress springs, making it easier to replace or repair struts, shock absorbers, and spring assemblies in vehicles. It features a telescopic safety bracket that minimizes tool bending and warping under high tension, ensuring stable and parallel compression while preventing the spring from accidentally releasing.
The design of the hooked jaws features an anti-slip mechanism that offers an extensive contact surface for enhanced control and stability while compressing.
The metal locking ring is crafted to firmly secure the jaws, preventing any slipping and boosting safety. The knurled surface guarantees a firm and secure hold, providing excellent stability during use. The screw compressor can effectively grip the spring by turning the user-friendly hexagonal nut. A 19 mm hex socket or wrench is recommended for use.

This device features a jaw opening that ranges from about 2 inches to 10.8 inches (51 to 275 mm) and includes an adjustable holder that accommodates coils with diameters between approximately 8.7 inches and 12.4 inches (220 to 315 mm). Each set of the spring compressor tool can handle a weight of nearly 2200 pounds (1000 kg). The coil spring compressor is made from heat-treated steel, equipped with a screw, and has a high-quality galvanized finish for enhanced durability and resistance to corrosion.
WARNING!!! THIS DEVICE IS A MANUAL TOOL, PLEASE AVOID USING POWER TOOLS, AIR TOOLS, AND IMPACT TOOLS!!!
Suitable for: A perfect choice for various vehicles, such as trucks and large sedans.

Contents: 2 pieces x Coil spring compressors 1 piece x Safety fixed bracket
Setup and operation: Fully extend the internally threaded rod and connect the bracket jaws to the spring. Modify the safety feature and tighten the locking nut to hold it in position.
The fork has two dowels for inserting the safety guard, and the central nut should remain loose to allow for proper adjustment of the guard’s length around the spring.
Using a hand ratchet or wrench, gradually and uniformly turn the hex socket to compress the spring.

CAUTION! Assess the outer diameter and the load when the spring is compressed, and verify that the compressor is appropriate.
Always lubricate the compressor spindles prior to use to prevent damage.
Make sure the jaws are properly secured on the spring before starting the compression process. Additionally, ensure that the jaws and the compressor body are aligned correctly throughout the entire spring compression.
Avoid compressing the spring so much that the ends meet. Cease compression before the coils become tightly bound. Ensure that the coils are compressed evenly on both sides by alternating between each side to maintain balance.
