The TOPDON ArtiLink 400 (AL400) is an enhanced, handheld OBD2 diagnostic scanner designed for DIYers and home mechanics. Featuring a bright color display and a built-in flashlight on the connector cable, it provides an affordable, plug-and-play solution for reading and clearing engine codes, checking emission readiness, and graphing live sensor data.
