Here are terms and conditions for your in-store promotion based on the script setup, WooCommerce auto-registration, and voucher rules.

Terms & Conditions: Hardline Tools “Scan & Save” In-Store Promotion

  1. Eligibility & Participation

    • The “Scan & Save” in-store promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

    • To participate, customers must scan the dedicated in-store QR code, enter a valid Full Name and Email Address, and spin the promotional wheel.

    • Participation is restricted to one entry/spin per person (and per IP address/device) every 24 hours.

  2. Loyalty Account Creation & Marketing Consent

    • Account Registration: By entering your details and spinning the wheel, you agree to create a Hardline Tools customer loyalty account. If an account does not already exist for your email address, one will automatically be generated for you.

    • Marketing Communications: By participating in this promotion, you explicitly consent to join the Hardline Tools mailing list and receive occasional promotional emails, special offers, and loyalty updates. You may opt out or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link provided in any email communication.

  3. Vouchers & Discount Rules

    • Distribution & Delivery: Each participant will be randomly assigned a digital voucher code upon spinning the wheel. A copy of the voucher code will be displayed on-screen and automatically sent to the email address provided.

    • Validity Period: Vouchers are valid for 7 days from the exact time of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued, extended, or replaced.

    • Redemption: Vouchers must be presented (via mobile screen or email) to the cashier at checkout during an in-store transaction at Hardline Tools.

    • Single-Use: Each voucher code is strictly single-use, non-transferable, bound to the registered email address, and cannot be combined with any other promotional codes or offers.

    • No Cash Alternative: Rewards have no cash monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.

  4. Prize Pool & Odds

    • Promotional rewards are selected at random via a weighted probability algorithm from a fixed total prize pool of 100 available rewards:

      • £5 Off: 53 Available

      • 10% Off Upto £5: 40 Available

      • 12 Piece Ratchet Spanner Set (Worth £24): 1 Available

      • 46 Piece Socket Set (Worth £10): 5 Available

      • £10 Off: 1 Available

    • Once a capped prize allocation is exhausted, it will automatically be removed from the active prize pool.

  5. General Conditions

    • Hardline Tools reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to bypass daily entry limits, or submits false details.

    • Hardline Tools reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
